What is this?
In the Media area you'll find the photo albums of your choirs. Here you collect photos and videos from concerts, rehearsal weekends, celebrations or trips — sorted by occasion. Albums are visible to members only.
How to open Media
- On the web: Click "Media" in the sidebar.
- In the app: Tap "Media" at the bottom of the bar or under More.
The choir switcher at the top filters the albums. With "All choirs" you see the albums of all your choirs.
What you see in the overview
- Every album as a card with cover image, name, choir and the number of photos and videos
- Description of the album, if there is one
- The newest album comes first.
The cover image is the first photo in the album.
What you can do
- Open album — see, enlarge and download all photos and videos
- Create album and Edit album (with permission, web only)
- Upload photos and videos (with permission or if the album allows member uploads)
- Add descriptions to individual photos (on the web)
- Delete album (with permission, web only)
Permission
- View media albums — open and view albums
- Create & edit albums & media — create and edit albums, upload, describe and sort photos
- Delete albums & media — delete albums and any photo
By default, all groups see the albums; editing and deleting are for administrators and moderators.
Tips
- Create a separate album per occasion — that keeps the overview clear.
- Allow member uploads if everyone should contribute their phone photos from the trip.
- Caption photos, especially when people are visible — that helps even years later.
