What is this?

When buying tickets you choose tickets for an event, enter your contact details and pay online. After successful payment you receive a confirmation email with the tickets as PDF — each ticket has its own QR code for entry.

How to buy tickets

  1. Open the desired concert in the Ticket Shop.
  2. Under Select Tickets choose:
    • for general admission, the quantity per price category, with a reduced rate if available
    • for events with a seating plan, your seats on the seating chart, with a reduced rate per seat if offered
  3. Check the Order Summary with subtotal, any service fee and total, then click Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Enter Name, Email (the tickets go there), optional Phone and the Language of the email.
  5. Accept the ticket terms and click Order with obligation to pay.
  6. You are redirected to Stripe and complete the payment there.
  7. Afterwards you land on the confirmation page and receive the email with the tickets.

What you have afterwards

  • Confirmation email with the tickets as PDF and the invoice
  • One QR code per ticket for entry
  • Link to the order page — there you can download the tickets again and cancel up to 24 hours before the start

Good to know

  • Seller is Theatilo, which sells the ticket in its own name on behalf of the organizer.
  • For tickets to events with a fixed date there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Permission

No permission required — anyone can buy tickets, even without a Theatilo account.

Tips

  • Use an email address you read regularly — the tickets go there.
  • Save the PDFs right after purchase, so you have them on hand even without email access.
  • Bring the tickets printed or on your smartphone to the event.

Frequently asked questions

Which payment methods are available?▾
Payment is handled by Stripe. Options include card, Klarna, iDEAL, EPS and Amazon Pay, and PayPal from a total of €50. Which methods you see is shown on the payment page.
Do I get a separate email for each ticket?▾
No. All tickets of an order come in one confirmation email as a PDF attachment, along with the invoice. Each ticket has its own QR code.
What if the confirmation email does not arrive?▾
Check the spam folder first. After payment, the confirmation page also shows a View Order button — there you can download the tickets.
