What is this?

In the ticket shop you find all concerts and events for which choirs are currently selling tickets via Theatilo. You can buy directly online without registering — convenient for audience, family and friends.

Tickets come as PDF with QR code. At the entrance an attendant scans the code with the Theatilo app.

  • All events with an active ticket sale as tiles
  • Poster and title of the event
  • Date, time and location
  • Available tickets or Sold out

How to find the right concert

  1. Open the Ticket Shop via the link at the bottom of the Theatilo website. Many choirs also link their event directly on their own website.
  2. Click a concert or Buy Tickets.
  3. Choose price category and quantity — for events with a seating plan you choose the seats directly on the seating chart.
  4. Click Proceed to Checkout and complete the purchase.

Permission

No permission required — ticket purchase is open to all, even without an account.

Tips

  • Buy early, especially for popular concerts — good seats go fast.
  • Save the confirmation email — the tickets are attached as PDF, and the link inside leads to your order.
  • Forward the concert link to friends and family — anyone can buy tickets easily.

Do I need a Theatilo account to buy tickets?▾
No. Ticket purchase works without an account — you only enter name and email address for the tickets and the confirmation email.
How do I get the tickets?▾
Right after successful payment you receive an email with the tickets as PDF. Each ticket has its own QR code, which is scanned at the entrance.
Can I cancel tickets?▾
Yes, up to 24 hours before the event starts. Open the order page via the link in the confirmation email and choose Cancel Order. The amount is refunded within 5–10 business days.
