Create an account

What is this?

With registration you create your personal Theatilo account. It is your access to all choirs you are a member of or that you lead — on the web and in the app.

Note: Registration only works on the website. In the app you sign in afterwards with your login details.

If you received an invitation to an existing choir, you usually do not need this page — see "Accept a choir invitation".

How to register

1. Click "Sign up for free" on the sign-in page.
2. Choose whether you want "Register with choir" or "Account only".
3. Under "Your details", enter first name, last name, email and the password repeated.
4. With a choir: under "Your choir", enter the name and the country. If another choir referred you, enter its referral code.
5. Accept the terms of service and the privacy policy.
6. Click "Create account and choir" or "Create account".
7. You land on the sign-in page and sign in with your email address and your password.

What happens afterwards

• With a choir: you are admin of the new choir, the 60-day free trial runs, and you get a welcome email. After your first login, the setup walks you through the choir's basic settings.
• Without a choir: you have an account, but hardly any features yet. You can create a choir at any time via "Add ensemble" or let a choir leadership invite you.

Permission

You need no permission to register — it is open to everyone. In a choir, the permission group regulates what you can see and do there.

Tips

• Use an email address you read regularly. Notifications and login details go there.
• Install the app afterwards and sign in there if you want push notifications for events, notifications and chats.
