Home is your overview after login: next events with replies, new announcements, tasks, birthdays and more, all at a glance.

What is this?

Home is the first item in the sidebar and your page after login. At the top, Theatilo greets you and shows how many events are still waiting for your reply.

What you find on Home

  • Live rehearsal running: a notice when a live rehearsal is running in your choir
  • Trial ending: a notice when a choir's trial ends soon or has ended
  • Next events: with Attend, Maybe and Decline right in the card
  • New announcements: with voting and reacting right in the card
  • New sheet music, My tasks, Birthdays (a click opens a chat)
  • Early warning: attendance and Anniversaries for those in charge
  • Your choirs, a card for recommending Theatilo, and From the Theatilo blog

How to use Home

  1. Log in: you land on Home automatically.
  2. Pick a choir in the choir filter at the top if you only want to see that one.
  3. Reply to events right in the card, or click a card to open the details.
  4. All events, All announcements or Go to library take you to the whole area.

Permission

No special permission is needed. Which blocks appear depends on your permissions in the choir.

Tips

  • Press G and then S to jump back to Home from anywhere.
  • In the app the page is also called Home. It shows live rehearsals, missed notifications, next events, new notifications, My Tasks and Upcoming Birthdays, but no early warning and no anniversaries.

Frequently asked questions

Do I see data from all my choirs?▾
Yes, as long as "All choirs" is selected in the choir filter at the top. If you pick a choir there, Home only shows that choir's events, notifications, sheet music, tasks and birthdays.
Why do I not see certain blocks?▾
Each block only appears if you have the matching permission, such as View birthdays, View tasks or View engagement warnings. Anniversaries only appear with the Create & edit members permission, and only for choirs in an association that uses Theatilo.
Can I reply to events directly on Home?▾
Yes. Every event card has Attend, Maybe and Decline. If your choir requires a reason for declining, Theatilo asks for it. If you have children in the choir, you choose who you are replying for.
