What is this?

With a comment, you join the discussion on a feature request. You can share use cases, add solution ideas or ask questions.

A good discussion helps the team understand requests better.

How to comment

On the web

Click your profile picture at the top right, choose "Feature requests" and click the request.
The request opens in a side panel. Under "Comments", you see the previous contributions.
Write your text in the "Write a comment" field (2000 characters maximum).
Click "Send".

In the app

Tap your avatar at the top right, choose "Feature Requests" and tap the request.
Write your comment in the field at the bottom and send it.

Deleting your own comment

On the web, open the "···" menu on your comment and choose "Delete comment"; in the app, tap the delete icon. Once confirmed, the comment is gone permanently.

Permission

No permission required — every signed-in Theatilo user can comment on released requests.

What makes a good comment

Constructive and respectful — even when critical
Concrete — an example from your choir says more than general statements
Solution-oriented — a suggestion alongside the problem

Tips

Also vote if the request matters to you — comments do not count as a vote.
Check back later to see if others have reacted to your comment.

Frequently asked questions

Who sees my name?▾

Others see your first name and the first letter of your last name — not your picture and not your email address.

Can comments be deleted?▾

You can delete your own comments at any time. They cannot be edited — delete the comment and write it again.
